Overview

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you enable a global user base by delivering timely, hands-on IT support in a Windows environment. You resolve incidents, manage requests, and collaborate with Level 2/3 teams to restore services. You’ll monitor systems, automate routine tasks, and work with cross-functional partners to craft scalable support solutions. This role offers exposure to a broad Microsoft tech stack and a fast-paced, customer-focused IT environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 24x5 on-site and remote desktop support to a 500+ user global community
  • Handle on-call weekend rotation and manage incidents via runbooks and incident processes
  • Liaise with Level 2/3 internal and external teams to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Implement alert management to proactively address failures and degraded services
  • Automate common tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop strategic IT solutions
  • Perform related duties as requested

Key requirements
  • Proven Microsoft environment experience: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012+, Office 365/Azure (incl. OneDrive, DLP, SharePoint)
  • Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, remote access, and software deployment knowledge
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and managing desktop hardware
  • Excellent customer service mindset and proactive issue follow-up
  • Ability to multitask, handle changing priorities, and communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; team-oriented
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
