Overview
In this role you will be a Support Developer in Ashurst Perkins Coie Labs, joining cross-functional agile teams to design, build and support client-facing and internal digital solutions. You’ll handle day-to-day application support while seeking automation to reduce overhead. You’ll triage incidents, monitor performance and translate requirements into technical solutions. You’ll apply engineering best practices and contribute to documentation and training, in a hybrid Glasgow setting.

- Provide application support for key platforms and business systems, triaging incidents and service requests and escalating complex items with context
- Monitor performance, integration health, data quality and recurring issues to support troubleshooting and identify improvements
- Design, develop and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to user documentation and training
- Improve and maintain scalable, maintainable deployments applying testing, documentation and code reviews
- Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–2 years in a product support function, with experience supporting business applications including triage, incident investigation, documenting fixes, and escalation
- Confident coding ability in at least one programming language; willingness to learn .NET, TypeScript, Python, Power Platform and Azure
