Surgery - General Physician

- Looking for a KY licensed General Surgeon who can start as soon as credentialed to provide assistance October- December
- Must have KY license (to be presented), DEA and CSR
- Special procedures: Just bread and butter GS and GI cases, preferably
- Daily Shift Requirements: 8 hour shifts on weekdays M-F, evening/overnight call coverage on weekdays. Need coverage starting Mon 7 am through Friday 3 pm. It is very rare to have evening or overnight cases, the call will mostly be remote/telephonic call to determine if the patient can be held until the next business day. Shifts will be 3 in clinic and 2 in the OR, flipping to 2 clinic and 3 OR as volume grows.
- Coverage needs per month: Mon 7 am through Fri 3 pm, no weekend coverage needed at this time.
- Daily patient volume: 2-5 OR cases per day, under 10 clinic visits per day
- Support Staff: Dedicated nurse in clinic, no mid levels in clinic or OR. OR staff includes all appropriate techs and nurses, OR Director and OR ManagerBecome an ICON:
