• One employed surgeon
• Broad case mix including general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy
• No case restrictions
• Flexible call schedule with a minimum of 10 call days per month
• Dedicated OR block time available every weekday
• Six operating rooms with additional OR access as needed

• Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus negotiable wRVU productivity bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable up to $75,000
