What You ll Do

• Perform adult cardiac surgeries including CABG, heart valve repair/replacement, and re-do cases
• Conduct general thoracic surgeries such as tube thoracostomy, tracheostomy, bronchoscopy, VATS decortication, and lung biopsy
• Support structural heart procedures in hybrid OR or cath lab settings
• Manage high-risk ICU cases, including Impella procedures and critical patient medical management
• Collaborate with an experienced anesthesia team and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document procedures accurately using EPIC EMR system

What You Need

• Valid Kentucky medical license and board certification in cardiothoracic surgery
• Proven experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery, including ICU management
• Strong skills in high-risk case management and procedural support
• Ability to work independently in a hospital-based setting
