Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct hospital rounds and perform surgeries as required.
• Manage patient care during your shift, ensuring the highest quality of service.
• Document medical records using the EPIC EMR system.
• Participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
• Perform essential procedures such as Aneurysm Repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), and Heart Valve Replacement.
• Provide care in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery (Required).
• Board certified in Cardiovascular surgery (Required).
• Active South Carolina medical license (No exceptions for those who need to obtain) (Required).
• Current ACLS certification (Required).
• Self-query NPDB report required during presentation (Required).
• Must have a clean background to be considered for temporary positions (Required).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active South Carolina medical license.
• ACLS certification.
