Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage needed with shifts running 7A to 7A (24-hour shifts)
• Anticipated assignment end date is late December 2026 while permanent physician search is completed
• Must hold an active North Carolina medical license with a clean history
• Board certification required; credentialing timeframe is approximately 3-4 days
• Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• Perform general surgery on adult patients
• Perform laparoscopic surgery including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and hernioplasty
• Perform breast surgery procedures
• Perform minor orthopedic procedures
• Perform chest tube insertion
• Provide vascular surgery services including vascular access devices
• All overtime and callback require documentation with notes or MRN preferred
• RDU Raleigh Durham International Airport is the closest airport
• On-site call room or local hotel accommodations available

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
