• Start: February 1, 2027
• End: October 1, 2027
• Full-time coverage preferred
• Providers offering 1 Äì2 weeks per month or approximately 0.5 FTE may be considered
• Average volume: Approximately 12 patients per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital privileges required
• No admissions, inpatient rounding or call responsibilities
Schedule
• Monday and Wednesday: Operating room
• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: Clinic
• Hours: 8 a.m. Äì5 p.m.
• Eight guaranteed hours per day
Clinical Scope
• Adult breast surgery
• Outpatient breast clinic
• Operative breast procedures
• General adult surgical care within the breast program
• No trauma, pediatric surgery or general surgery call
Requirements
• Board-certified in General Surgery
• Active Washington medical license or IMLC
• Active DEA registration
• Active ACLS certification
• Breast surgery experience
• Surgical Oncology or Breast Surgery fellowship preferred
• Current CV required
• No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
Credentialing
• Estimated timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Temporary privileges are not available
