12- or 24-hour shifts
Call shifts required

Requirements
Active Massachusetts license
Neurointerventional fellowship required; may also be a neurosurgeon or neurologist with the required skill set
Must be willing to obtain CSR and DEA

Required Procedures / Skills
Neurointerventional procedures, including stroke and catheter-directed therapy

Assignment Details
Setting: Emergency, inpatient, possible outpatient
Support staff: NeuroIR APPs
180 strokes all of last year; estimated 1-2 inpatient add-on cases per day for diagnostic angiograms, aneurysm treatment, vasospasm treatment, etc.
EMR: Epic
Local providers preferred, but open to considering travelers
