Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You ll Do
  • Provide general surgery coverage, including call shifts
  • Support hospital s surgical teams during scheduled and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure patient care continuity
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and hospital policies
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to clinical needs
  • Document patient interactions thoroughly in medical records
  • Assist with patient assessments and post-operative care
What You Need
  • Indiana medical license (preferred), clean NPDB
  • Experience or willingness to consider providers with active licenses
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities reliably
