Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician

Great opportunity for a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon looking to add consistent weekend locums coverage in Kentucky. Enjoy a low-volume call schedule with limited callbacks, covering general neurosurgery and elective spine only with no trauma or cranial cases.

Details/Requirements:
Start: mid-December (60 days credentialing)
Weekend 24-hour call
Two weekends per month ongoing
Shift: Friday 7pm - Monday 7am
General Neurosurgery and elective spine cases only
No trauma, no cranial
Case volume: 10-18 per month
Daily census: 0-3
Limited call backs

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified in Neurosurgery required
Candidates within driving distance preferred
Active Kentucky license or active IMLC required

Level 3 trauma center
Beds: 400+
Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
EMR: EPIC
