Are you a skilled Neurosurgeon looking for a high-impact locum assignment in one of Michigan s premier referral centers? McLaren Northern Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon to provide 24-hour call coverage with inpatient rounding and emergent surgical support. This is a hospital-based opportunity where you ll be an essential part of a collaborative neuroscience team serving communities across northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.

Schedule

  • 24-hour call coverage (weekdays, weekends, and holidays as assigned)
  • Daily rounding + emergent surgical coverage

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Neurosurgery (no BE considered)
  • Active Michigan medical license or IMLC Qualification - we will help with the MI license!
  • ACLS certification
  • Clean background (minimum malpractice acceptable)
  • Must perform both cranial and spinal cases

Additional Details

  • Malpractice provided
  • Orientation paid
  • Daily call, weekend call, holiday call, and callback rates in place
  • Travel, lodging, rental car covered and/or mileage reimbursed
