Surgery - Oncology Physician

Seeking BE/BC Surgical Oncologist to establish and lead a dedicated surgical oncology service in central Michigan.

Practice Highlights

• Full-time role focused on complex oncology, with no general surgery call and no routine breast or colorectal call.
• Clinical scope includes GI and hepatopancreatobiliary malignancies, melanoma, sarcoma, endocrine oncology, staging and palliative procedures; opportunity to develop cytoreductive surgery/HIPEC services.
• Dedicated clinic rooms, RN and MA support, guaranteed OR blocks, robotic platforms and advanced imaging.
• Surgical APP assistance, hospitalist/critical care support, tumor boards and cancer navigation resources.
• Teaching opportunities with rotating surgical trainees.

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable guaranteed base salary with wRVU incentives.
• Starting bonus around $25,000, negotiable; flexible loan repayment and relocation assistance.
