The facility features a 40-bed department operating as a Level 3 trauma center, providing strong clinical support and a dynamic environment for surgical professionals.

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive general surgery services with approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Perform adult and pediatric general surgery procedures
• Manage trauma cases as part of a Level 3 trauma center
• Perform laparoscopic surgery including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen fundoplication
• Perform chest wall and pleural procedures
• Perform chest tube insertion, central line insertion, and PA catheter placement
• Maintain active Arkansas medical license - AR license required, no IMLC accepted
• Board certification required with ATLS certification required
• Laser certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days (30 days for temps with clean data bank)
• Nearest airport is Little Rock with local hotel accommodations available including Holiday Inn Express

Compensation:
