Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; on-call coverage with a 1:4 call ratio

End Date: Ongoing over the next 6 months
Position Details: Approximately patients per day; 20% outpatient and 80% inpatient. Temporary privileges are available.
Patient Population: Adult (100%)
Setting: Inpatient/hospital-based and clinic; Level I Trauma
Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding, endovascular procedures, surgical procedures, clinic coverage, and after-hours call coverage.
Required Procedures: Endovascular and vascular surgical procedures
EMR System: Epic
On-Call/Weekends: Beeper/phone call; 1:4 call ratio; minimal callback hours
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery with vascular surgery fellowship
- Ohio medical license preferred; Ohio DEA and Medicare required
- BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Most recent NPDB report
