Position Details

• Adult inpatient vascular surgery coverage
• Cover multiple Bon Secours Mercy Health facilities:
  • St. Vincent Medical Center
  • St. Anne Hospital
  • St. Charles Hospital
  • Perrysburg Hospital
• 100% inpatient and ER consults
• Average patients per day
• Level I Trauma Center and community hospital coverage
• EPIC EMR
• Temporary privileges available
• Transportation and housing provided

Requirements

• NP or PA
• Board Certified
• Active Ohio license required
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
• Local candidates preferred
• Providers with minimal malpractice settlements will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Credentialing

Compensation
