What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation & operating room procedures
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
• Orthopedic surgical experience preferred
