What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist First Assist
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation & sterile technique
• Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team
• Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical practices
• Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
• Appropriate First Assist certification/credentials preferred
