Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – EMEA Data Centres

In this role you will join Colliers’ EMEA Data Centre Advisory team in London to provide strategic real estate, development and transaction advice for occupiers, investors and operators in the digital infrastructure sector. You will support site selection, acquisitions, disposals and leasing across EMEA, build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth. You’ll work with hyperscalers, colocation providers and developers to deliver market intelligence and tailored solutions. This is a chance to shape data centre strategy at scale within a global platform.

• Support data centre mandates across EMEA and assist with site acquisitions/disposals
• Provide occupier advisory services including colocation leasing
• Conduct market assessments, benchmarking and market intelligence for client decision-making
• Support options assessments, negotiations and transaction processes
• Prepare client reports, presentations and business cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA to deliver multi-country advisory
• Lead client engagements and manage complex advisory assignments (Senior role)
• Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Surveying, Property, Economics or related discipline
• MRICS qualified
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Experience in commercial real estate advisory or digital infrastructure markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative with ability to work across international teams
• Additional European language skills advantageous
