Sustainability Data & Digitisation Lead

In this role you will lead the sustainability data and digitisation efforts to enable trusted ESG reporting and decision-making across Diageo’s global supplier network. You will drive digital transformation of sustainability data, governance, and systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver CSRD readiness and enhanced analytics. The position sits in the Global Sustainability Data Assurance & Auditing Team and supports scalable data-driven sustainability outcomes. • Oversee Microsoft Sustainability Manager coordination, ensuring data quality, standardized processes and stakeholder alignment while enabling analytics and reporting enhancements
• Collaborate with Sustainability SMEs, reporting, Digital & Transformation teams, and vendors to prepare for CSRD and evolving ESG reporting needs
• Define business requirements and implement new sustainability indicators in key systems (Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Enablon); build dashboards and predictive analytics for data-driven decisions
• Design and implement automated data quality checks to improve accuracy, auditability and control of sustainability metrics
• Develop global standards for sustainability reporting, with verification and reconciliation processes, and plan future system integrations
• Own Sust ainability Digital Strategy roadmap; prioritize initiatives based on value, regulatory commitments and strategic goals

• Degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science or related discipline
• Experience in sustainability and digital sustainability strategies/transformation
• Experience in global cross-functional programs and diverse teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to drive change with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to implement robust processes and controls
• Experience collaborating with remote teams across cultures and stakeholders
• Experience with sustainability systems (Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Enablon, Sitka, Altruistiq)
