Sustaining Hardware Engineer — High-Speed Embedded Systems

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Sustaining Hardware Engineer in Colchester, primarily based in the office/lab with occasional hybrid work. The role focuses on maintaining and extending lifecycles of embedded hardware used across defence, aerospace and high-reliability sectors.

The engineer will work on high-speed digital circuits, complex PCBs and modular architectures, addressing obsolescence, customer modifications, troubleshooting and verification across multiple teams.
