Overview

In this role you will manage and enhance a production-grade SWIFT environment across multiple data centres, ensuring resilience for clients. You will deploy and support core SWIFT infrastructure (SNL, SAG, SAA) and oversee onboarding and third‑party integrations. You’ll work hands‑on with SWIFT technologies and the surrounding IT stack to maintain uptime and security. This is a chance to shape a critical financial messaging backbone within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain SWIFT shared infrastructure partner accreditations
  • Support administration and development of SWIFT core infrastructure and applications
  • Assist with new client onboarding implementations
  • Manage 3rd party implementations within managed hosted data centres
  • Maintain collaboration tools and ticketing systems
  • Contribute to general business improvement initiatives
Key requirements
  • 2 years experience of SWIFT
  • 3 to 5 years’ production application support in financial sector
  • 3 years supporting SWIFT (SAA/SAG configuration)
  • Windows Server 2016 & Active Directory
  • Hands on SWIFT 7.x SNL/SAG/SAA/SWP support and administration
  • SWIFT – Troubleshooting 15022 & 20022 messaging formats, RMA, SWIFT VPN, SNL, SAG, HSM
  • Crest SAA (CRNet) Crest Gui
  • excellent written and spoken English
