Swift Administrator

In this role you will oversee the Swift environment within a growing fintech, ensuring reliable production and disaster recovery operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across data centres to deploy, support, and secure Swift infrastructure. You’ll handle hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and client implementations, shaping resilient systems for major banks and funds. The opportunity combines practical admin work with the chance to deepen expertise in financial messaging standards and certifications. This role is based in Central London with a focus on impact at scale.

• Swift administration and daily setup
• Manage IT infrastructure across corporate offices, data centres, and outsourced services
• Define and implement IT security strategy
• Coordinate client implementations
• Data centre management and asset lifecycle (purchasing, tagging, documenting)
• Support and deploy Swift environments in production and DR
• Configure and maintain SNL/SAG/SAA components and related messaging environments
• Set up and manage Crest SAA for CREST-related processes

• 2 years Swift experience
• Expertise in SWIFT, ISO15022, ISO20022, FIX, XML; messaging authentication/certification
• Proficiency with SNL, SAG, HSM management; diagnose 15022/20022 issues
• Experience with Swift version 7 SNL/SAG/SAA
• SAA experience for Crest
• Windows Server 2012+; DNS/DHCP/VPN/SFTP/Group Policy and File Replications
• Microsoft Exchange 2013; Windows OS (Win7/8/10)
• TCP/IP troubleshooting; networking knowledge and Site-to-Site VPNs
• VMware basics: create/modify VMs, VMotion, DRS
