Job Description

  • Responsible for the structuring, arranging, negotiating and syndicating transactions across portfolios.
  • Prepare marketing materials for syndicated / participation transactions
  • Directly communicate with clients.

Professional Experience

  • 2+ years of DCM, Syndication or Underwriting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field
  • Formal Credit Training experience is a plus
  • Must have exposure to live transactions
