System Administrator

Senior Systems Administrator / Business Systems Analyst

Edmonton, AB – Onsite 5 days/week

12-month contract

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing administration of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM/AMS) .

This is a hands-on technical/functional role working closely with business users, IT teams and vendors to ensure the system is secure, reliable and aligned with operational and maintenance requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Configure and administer EAM/CMMS applications

• Manage workflows, forms, business rules and asset hierarchies

• Support user accounts, roles, permissions and security

• Maintain asset data quality and governance

• Support system integrations, APIs and data interfaces

• Coordinate upgrades, releases, testing and production changes

• Troubleshoot application, workflow and integration issues

• Develop reports, dashboards and operational KPIs

• Support work order, maintenance planning and scheduling processes

• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on system improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / CMMS experience

• Systems administration and configuration experience

• Knowledge of asset lifecycle and work order management

• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance

• Experience with integrations, APIs and data management

• Reporting/dashboard and KPI experience

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

• Utilities or maintenance/operations experience is a strong asset
