Senior Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator with strong enterprise experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and hybrid identity environments.

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange in large enterprise environments (40,000+ users ).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Hybrid Exchange, mail flow, and messaging troubleshooting .
  • 3+ years administering Microsoft Azure infrastructure , including VNets, NSGs, VMs, Storage, Private Link, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, Backup, or RBAC.
  • 5+ years with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory in hybrid environments.
  • Experience with Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect, identity synchronization, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM/JIT access .
  • 3+ years of infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Azure Functions, or similar scripting technologies .
  • Experience developing or substantially modifying at least two automation solutions .
  • Experience supporting multiple enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments , including incident management, monitoring, change management, risk remediation, and documentation.
  • At least two active Microsoft certifications , such as Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Cybersecurity Architect, or Messaging Administrator.
