Job Description


We are seeking an experienced System Administrator - Windows & Linux with strong expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, SCCM, Intune, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and application packaging.



Key Responsibilities



  • Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems in enterprise environments.

  • Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint configuration using SCCM and Microsoft Intune .

  • Perform patch and vulnerability management across servers, desktops, remote desktops, and virtual desktop environments.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

  • Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

  • Perform application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.

  • Support cloud-based environments and related infrastructure.

  • Monitor system health and ensure security, availability, and compliance.

  • Troubleshoot operating system, application, and endpoint-related issues.

  • Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management.



Required Skills



  • Strong Windows and Linux administration experience.

  • Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune .

  • Strong knowledge of patch and vulnerability management.

  • Experience with Remote Desktop and Virtual Desktop patching and vulnerability remediation.

  • Experience in application packaging and deployment .

  • Knowledge of cloud environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
