System Analyst

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire – 2–3 days on-site per week

Anson McCade is recruiting an experienced Systems Analyst to support a major automotive organisation with the replacement of its legacy collections platform with a new SaaS solution.

The role spans data migration, SaaS configuration and operational readiness, requiring a proven Systems Analyst background with strong technical analysis and full project lifecycle experience .

What you’ll be doing

• Analysing the existing systems landscape and defining requirements for the replacement platform.
• Leading detailed data mapping between the legacy collections system and the new SaaS solution to support live data migration.
• Defining functional and non-functional configuration requirements.
• Supporting project scope, objectives, product backlog development and refinement.
• Working with internal technology teams and external vendors to align system design and delivery with requirements.
• Leading Systems Integration Testing and supporting business stakeholders through UAT.
• Preparing support processes, procedures and operational handover for go-live.
• Supporting supplier management, service levels and ongoing operational escalations.

What you’ll need

• At least 10 years’ related Systems Analyst experience, covering the full project lifecycle and international collaboration.
• Strong experience in data migration, source-to-target mapping and complex legacy systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical solutions.
• Experience supporting SaaS implementation and configuration.
• Proven capability across integration testing, implementation and transition into operations.
• Five years’ project management experience.
• A degree or equivalent, alongside formal qualifications in Business and Systems Analysis.
• Financial services, particularly collections systems, and/or the automotive industry.
• Agile delivery environments and Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP qualifications.
• Vendor management and ongoing supplier service performance.
