Triumph Motorcycles is the Original British Motorcycling Company, we are seeking a talented Systems Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join our Electrical & Electronic Systems team.

Working on the development of next-generation motorcycle technologies, you'll play a key role in defining system architectures, requirements and feature functionality across a range of exciting vehicle programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and define stakeholder requirements for vehicle features
  • Develop system architectures and feature behaviour using MBSE methodologies
  • Create and maintain system requirements and technical specifications
  • Support CAN and LIN communication network definition
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with integration, validation and component teams to deliver robust system solutions
  • Maintain requirements traceability and support release activities
  • Present technical information to a range of stakeholders

About You

  • Experience in Systems Engineering or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Strong understanding of requirements management and system architecture development
  • Ability to analyse complex technical problems and deliver practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within automotive, motorcycle, aerospace, defence or other complex engineering environments would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of CAN, LIN and systems integration would be beneficial

Hours of Work : 39 hours per week- Monday- Friday
