System Engineer

In this role you contribute to engineering solutions, help test feasibility, and ensure standards conformance. You will draft and evaluate engineering standards, inspect installations, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet contract plans. You’ll drive improvement, support knowledge sharing, and develop products and solutions within project teams. • Engineering Solutions Design: develop and test feasibility of proposed solutions to provide data-driven validation
• Engineering Standards Specification: draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications under guidance
• Engineering Inspections: assess quality and integrity of works and recommend remediation
• Contract Management: coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within a contract plan
• Improvement/Innovation: identify process shortcomings and apply change management
• Knowledge Management System: support others in using knowledge systems
• Product and/or Solution Development: analyze customer needs and deliver products/services
• Project Management: operate within an established project plan to achieve goals
• Personal Capability Building: pursue ongoing development and maintain relevant knowledge/accreditations

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
• Very limited managerial experience (0 to 3 months)
