As a Systems Engineer at Helsing, you drive end-to-end delivery of software-intensive capabilities across the V-cycle. You act as a technical integrator, coordinating software, AI, and hardware teams to ensure coherent system architecture and reliable releases. You will conduct system-level testing, root-cause analysis, and rapid design iterations while engaging with customer stakeholders. The role combines deep technical work with responsible, cross-functional collaboration in a mission-driven environment. - Lead systems engineering across the full V-cycle (requirements, architecture, design, integration, verification, validation, release) with emphasis on software systems
- Plan and execute system-level testing and perform root-cause analysis to steer rapid design iterations
- Collaborate daily with software architects, hardware developers, and AI engineers to maintain interface management and architectural coherence
- Serve as direct technical contact for customer stakeholders in technical exchanges, milestone reviews, and demonstrations
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, requirements traceability matrices, and verification evidence for system acceptance
- Champion modern engineering practices, data-driven diagnostic approaches, and collaborative development tools to accelerate delivery
