System Requirements Engineer

In this role you will contribute to the Raytheon ATMS team, applying Systems Engineering across the product lifecycle to support design, analysis, and qualification of radar-based air traffic management solutions. You will collaborate with design authorities and engineers, producing technical documentation and supporting bids. • Support System Design Authority and Engineering Leads in developing and managing project requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and customer use
• Perform systems analysis and design activities and participate in design reviews
• Contribute to bid proposal materials and responses to customer requests
• Undertake development studies and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Work autonomously within company processes and timelines
• Collaborate with a large team to achieve goals

• Proven experience in System Engineering
• Lifecycle experience from requirements to certification
• Experience generating technical documentation for internal and customer use
• Ability to communicate policies, practices, and procedures to a team
• Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight
• Ability to work to agreed timescales and under pressure
• Degree in STEM or similar
