System Test Analyst RAN Technologies

Test Ericsson RAN products in Ottawa while applying Python, troubleshooting, and analytical skills within a hybrid workplace environment. Develop Cloud Native and AI capabilities.

As a System Test Analyst, you will work in Ericsson’s Systems, Product & Security organization. The full-time, permanent position focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and delivering RAN products to global customers. You will analyze requirements, assess software through data, and support innovative verification workflows using Agentic AI or Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end system tests for 5G and 6G RAN technologies
• Analyze requirements for feature integration and verification
• Perform system-level troubleshooting across products and environments
• Deliver data-driven software assessments for release decisions
• Participate in customer validation testing and workflow transformation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
• Proficiency in Python, data analysis, and automation
• Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Linux shell scripting
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Customer-centric mindset with relevant customer-related experience
