Requirements: • M.S. with 6+ years or Ph.D. with 3+ years in relevant fields • Knowledge of RTL simulation tools • Familiarity with control concepts for optical devices • Experience with Python or MATLAB for scripting • Understanding of photonic components like photodetectors
