Systems Administration Intern Kepler

Explore systems administration at Kepler Communications through a Toronto-based IT internship focused on Windows, networking, and technical support. Work onsite five days weekly.

This four-month IT Intern placement offers students practical exposure to information technology operations. You will receive guidance, training, and mentorship while assisting with systems maintenance, software updates, security practices, and employee support. The position requires full-time availability beginning January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine backups, updates, and system maintenance
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding technology setup
• Install and update workplace software applications
• Follow IT security practices and company policies
• Participate in team projects and assigned IT tasks

Requirements:

• Enrollment in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related studies
• Familiarity with networking, VPNs, Windows, and Microsoft enterprise software
• Experience using ticketing systems for support requests
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in Toronto and handle confidential information
