The successful candidate will take a lead role in maintaining and enhancing the Integrated People Solution, ensuring it consistently meets current and future operational needs across adults’ and children’s services, education, financials, integrations and associated portals. They will manage system configuration, monitoring and upgrades, delivering fixes and improvements with minimal disruption.

They will provide responsive and proactive support to stakeholders, anticipating changes such as legislative updates or integration developments. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers, coordinating system developments and resolving issues efficiently. They will also assess proposed upgrades, test new functionality and implement enhancements that strengthen system performance and service delivery.
