Systems Analyst II Applications

Systems Analyst II expertise in SQL and enterprise applications supports the City of Port Moody’s regular full-time Technology team in Port Moody.

Reporting to the Information Systems Applications Supervisor, this experienced analyst develops, configures, deploys, and sustains application systems. The work supports internal clients, external vendors, and the I.S. Applications team across multiple business systems. You will create reports, assist integrations, and interpret data for the City’s Open Data portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise applications including Tempest and ProjectDox
• Assist with system integrations, implementation, and maintenance
• Create dynamic views for the Open Data portal
• Develop and maintain customized application reports
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Requirements:

• Two-year computer Information Technology diploma
• Three years of programming experience in complex business environments
• Experience with business and systems analysis tools
• MS SQL programming and database administration experience
• Knowledge of relational databases and programming algorithms
