Systems Analyst - Investment Management

The Systems Analyst III is responsible for leading research and analysis to identify systems impacted by requirements, possible interfaces, cross team dependencies and affected lines of business.
Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define, document, maintain, and improve end-to-end business processes.
Experience creating business process flows, system diagrams, data flows, data mapping documentation, customer journeys, and other analysis artifacts.
Advanced Agile delivery experience including backlog refinement, story decomposition, acceptance criteria development, dependency management, and sprint-readiness activities.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile planning tools used to manage requirements, features, stories, dependencies, and traceability.
Training/Documentation: Experience developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing knowledge transfer to support adoption of new processes and system capabilities.
Assist in planning activities and development of business case documents
Through research and analysis, identify systems impacted by requirements, possible interfaces, cross team dependencies and affected lines of business
Translate business needs and technical requirements by authoring clear agile stories and features
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and users, stakeholders.
Perform root cause analysis
Build, sustain, and leverage relationships with persons within his/her area of immediate responsibility
Assist QA in preparation of test scenarios and test data
Problems and issues faced are vague, and require reasoning and analysis to address problems and issues. Updates and/or modifies work methods based on past experiences, and identifies solutions to problems by recognizing similarities through data trends. Uses personal experiences, makes reasonable judgment calls, and may call on other resources where necessary to identify solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
Five (5) years of experience working in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs or other similar enterprise systems is required
Experience designing interfaces and/or mocking up user interfaces to support and display the information in multiple UI disciplines (Web, Mobile, Client Server, etc.) Experience in creating and writing technical specifications within an agile framework: Epic, Feature, Story, and Task; understands key components of good story writing to enable adaptation of standard industry formats and approaches for effective use
Understanding of project lifecycles coupled with the software development lifecycle, including processes, techniques, continuous delivery, tools agile, test driven development, and waterfall
Thorough understanding of business analysis principles
Facets, CCA, SAP,CRMs or other similar Enterprise systems that mimic those CareSource invests in
Certifications around Agile, SAFE, or the Business or System Analyst role is preferred
General office environment; 94,100.00 - $164,800.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
