Systems Analyst Jira Application Support

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited seeks a Systems Analyst for its corporate team. You will support software applications and systems, process tickets, assist configuration, and maintain users. The work includes systems design, software development lifecycle practices, testing, debugging, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to support, administration, and change tickets in JIRA
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across applications, hardware, networks, and operating systems
• Research system and integration errors
• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and internal support standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or related practice
• Two to five years as a System Analyst or similar
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities
• Willingness to travel within Canada
