Systems Analyst SQL Applications

Apply SQL programming and systems analysis expertise as an I.S. Systems Analyst II with the City of Port Moody’s Technology team.

This regular full-time position supports application systems through development, configuration, deployment, and sustainment. You will create reports, assist integrations, and work with internal clients and external vendors. The position reports to the Information Systems Applications Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise applications including Tempest and SharePoint Online
• Assist with system integrations, implementation, and maintenance
• Create dynamic views for the City’s Open Data portal
• Develop complex algorithmic structures using SQL scripting languages
• Develop and maintain customized reports

Requirements:

• Two-year computer Information Technology diploma
• Three years of programming experience in complex business environments
• Experience with business and systems analysis tools
• MS SQL programming and database administration experience
• Excellent communication skills and relational database knowledge
