• DeploymentsofairspacesurveillancenetworksfordefenceandUASoperators.

Neuronisexpandingrapidly.Weareateamof7inLondontoday,growingacrossproduct,engineeringanddelivery,andwearehiringexceptionalpeoplewhowanttobuildtheinfrastructureautonomoussystemswillrunon.Youwouldjoinearly,withrealownershipfromyourfirstweek,shareoptionsinwhatyoubuild,andworkthatgoesstraightintoliveoperationsatairports,alongcoastlinesandindefenceexercises.

Therole

Youownrequirements,assuranceandregulationacrossallourprogrammes,sothatwhatwebuildmeetsitsrequirementsandstandsuptotheregulator.Youareourleadonregulation.ThatmeansturningaCAAprogrammeintoanassuredsurveillancecoordinationservice,makingsureadronedetect-and-avoidintegrationbetweentwopartnersmeetstheassurancestandarditistestedagainst,andsettingtheapprovalsrouteforcounter-dronesystemsataregionalairport.Youwillalsohelpansweroneofthehardestquestionsinautonomy:howoneorganisationcantrustanother'ssensors,dronesandAIagentsenoughtorelyontheminairspaceanddefenceoperations.

Whatyou'lldo

• Writeandmaintainrequirementsbaselines,conceptsofoperationandinterfacecontroldocuments,andthetestplansandevaluationreportsthatshoweachrequirementismet,withtraceabilityfromeachrequirementtoitstestevidence.
• LeadtheassuranceworkonaCAAairspacemodernisationprogramme:theassuranceframework,themethodforjudgingwhethersurveillanceissuitableforanoperation,theevaluationreportsandtherelationshipwiththeCAA.
• BuildthesafetycaseandCAP3015evidenceforadetect-and-avoidintegration,andtheapprovalsrouteforacounter-dronetrialataregionalairport.
• Manageourspecialistassurancesubcontractor.
• CheckrequirementswithourChiefArchitectbeforebaseliningthem,andshapethetrustandassurancepartsofourprotocolspecification.
• Reviewdeliverablesforregulatoryandtechnicalaccuracybeforetheygotofunders.
