Overview

In this role you lead and shape digital transformation initiatives for banking and financial services, guiding technical strategy and architecture. You will architect scalable applications and drive cloud-native delivery while mentoring the team. You collaborate with business, UX, and QA stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions and optimize performance. This role offers impact through shaping architecture, advancing CI/CD practices, and leading modern full-stack development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and define strategic direction for digital transformation programs
  • Architect, design, and build scalable applications using React JS, .NET, and .NET Microservices
  • Mentor team members and contribute to development as needed
  • Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, testers, and stakeholders
  • Lead architecture and application design for enterprise applications
  • Ensure Agile best practices, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Deliver cloud-native solutions and lead .NET full-stack development
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Work with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and Kiali for containerization and orchestration
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and performance frameworks
  • Work with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
  • Define direction for large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation
  • Produce technical documentation, architecture designs, and white papers
Key requirements
  • Strong experience in .NET Full Stack development
  • Expertise in React JS, .NET, and Microservices architecture
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and container orchestration
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization frameworks
  • Ability to showcase work through GitHub or similar repositories
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
