- Lead systems engineering plans aligned with aerospace standards (ARP4754)
- Capture, analyze, and flow down requirements across system and subsystems
- Oversee validation and verification activities with evidence documentation
- Set up and maintain requirements management tools (IBM DOORS/DOORS NG)
- Produce systems engineering documentation (requirements, V&V matrices, technical reports)
- Define specifications for landing gear equipment (hydraulic actuators, hoses, electrical harnesses)
- Act as technical interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior and senior engineers
- Strong aerospace systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of aircraft systems (ideally landing gear – ATA32)
- Experience with requirements management, validation, and verification processes
- Familiarity with IBM DOORS (Classic or NG)
- Understanding of airworthiness and certification requirements
- Ability to review and produce technical documentation and engineering reports
