You work closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define requirements, while leading development and deployment of AI models. You will assess tools, uphold AI ethics and data governance, and mentor junior engineers. Stay at the forefront of generative and agentic AI to shape scalable, responsible AI systems.
Responsibilities- Design and architect generative AI solutions with agentic capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models and frameworks
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies to enhance system performance
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics and data governance best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated with the latest trends in generative and agentic AI
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies
- Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks and methodologies
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
- Experience in designing scalable AI architectures
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- 15+ years of experience in AI architecture and development
