Systems & Data Transformation Analyst

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst – Systems & Process Improvement to support our transformation roadmap from Hook Norton near Banbury. You will map current processes, capture requirements and drive system recommendations across IT, finance, HR, procurement, ESG and operations.

The role covers data governance, BI reporting and simplification of the application landscape, with a focus on improving adoption and reducing manual effort.
