Overview
In this role you ensure the deployment, stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure and end-user devices. You work within a team to deliver reliable, user-focused solutions that align with the company’s CI culture. You’ll balance technical excellence with service quality, supporting continuity and growth through best practices. This is a chance to contribute to scalable IT operations and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing user experience and responsiveness
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security)
- Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy upgrades or patches
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to meet business needs
- Document configurations, procedures, and processes
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber incident planning
- Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to CI initiatives
- Align with Group IT standards and procedures
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, CISSP)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user device management
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CI) principles and applying them daily
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft (Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure, Entra, Intune), Cisco LAN/WLAN, HP/Dell EUD, Hyper-V, Veeam, SharePoint
