Overview

As a M365 Systems Engineer at Quant Capital, you help modernize and support our corporate IT landscape in a fintech environment that presses for speed and reliability. You will work within the Infrastructure group to manage global IT solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity, and secure access. Responsibilities
  • Microsoft 365 configuration and administration
  • Zero Trust Endpoint architecture implementation
  • Technical project resourcing and coordination
  • Phone system, video conferencing and messaging systems management
  • Troubleshoot issues and handle incident escalations (occasional out-of-hours)
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure internal customer satisfaction
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate IT infrastructure and modern corporate cloud technology
  • In-depth administration of M365 (Security, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Windows 365 Virtual Desktop)
  • Zero Trust endpoint protection knowledge (Zscaler ZIA, FireEye/Trelix)
  • Google Cloud Platform administration
  • ManageEngine Desktop Central
  • MacOS endpoint management (Intune, JAMF)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • IIS and certificate management
  • Strong hardware knowledge (laptops/desktops, printers, mobile devices)
  • Strong communication with all levels of the business
  • Analytical problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Customer-focused mindset and internal stakeholder service orientation
  • M365 suite (Security, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Windows 365)
  • Zero Trust technologies (Zscaler ZIA, FireEye/Trelix)
  • Google Cloud Platform administration
