Systems Engineer II - Post Production

In this role, you will provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms within a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment for WBD Sports Europe. You will work within the M2P Engineering team to keep platforms healthy and to drive short-term engineering projects, collaborating with production and IT teams across Europe. The position combines hands-on technical support with workflow design to enable live sports production and broadcast operations. This is a client-focused role with exposure to fast-paced live events and evolving technology.

• Provide Tier 2 support for MAM and post-production platforms in a hybrid environment
• Manage escalated tickets and coordinate incident and problem follow-up
• Plan and coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and reboot actions
• Monitor platform health and performance and report on day-to-day status
• Collaborate with tier 3 engineering to gather requirements and deliver engineering projects
• Document workflows, projects, and engineering specifications
• Support users through change management and new project implementation

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field
• Fluent written and spoken English
• French language skills desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure during live events
• Self-motivated, collaborative with customer service focus
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years of broadcast technology experience in a support or engineering role
• Experience with MAM and Post-Production tools
• Extensive broadcast technical background (IP video 2110, AES67, NMOS, codecs) and solid IT fundamentals (network, virtualization, storage, cloud, security)
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, or on-call for live events
• Based in London, UK, with some travel expected
