Overview
In this hands-on Systems Engineer role, you design and build the production infrastructure while contributing to the backend codebase in Go. You will tackle authentication, security, networking and WebSockets, ensuring highly available and resilient systems. You’ll work with IaC (Terraform) and Kubernetes, collaborating with a talented team to scale a fast, secure cross-border payments platform that aims to reduce costs and enable instant transfers. This role offers direct impact on mission-critical infrastructure in a fintech environment.

- degree in STEM with 2.1 or above from a top-tier university
- strong Go / Golang coding skills
- experience designing and developing reliable systems and APIs
- understanding of underlying infrastructure and application-related security
- knowledge of networks, operating systems and security
- experience with observability / SRE (logs, metrics)
- experience with IaC, Terraform preferred
- familiarity with Kubernetes
