Systems Engineer – Trading systems

In this role you will support critical trading-system infrastructure to keep global clients’ execution platforms reliable. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to resolve server and network issues, automate deployments, and improve support processes. The position sits at the intersection of infrastructure, networking and customer-facing support in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll contribute to scalable, globally distributed data centers and have opportunities for growth and training.

• respond to infrastructure and network inquiries from clients
• troubleshoot server issues and network connectivity for customers
• improve documentation of support policies and procedures
• analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions

• STEM Degree
• 2+ years’ experience supporting mission critical infrastructure
• Red Hat Linux Certification or equivalent
• Ansible
• Hardware experience including setup and maintenance
• AWS
• Understanding of DevOps and automation
